Tools have an array of uses in Torn so I have gathered all of them and broke them down for you to reference.
Currently there are 70 total items in the Tools category. When you look at each item, Item Name is the name of the item, Effect is the effect the item has, True or False is if the item is found in the city, in white is the description of the item, and Market Value is current live market value.
